Please do not submit stories YET... I am in the process of obtaining software to secure my computer and make sure no ones work can be accessed and no virus can get through. I'm generally very careful but I want to make my device extra secure before importing other people's work.

Here's the plan:
  1. First round, we would draw only from January posts.
  2. You may submit as many short stories as you like. However, my preference is that we edit and select the best of them to publish. 
  3. We will publish each story with its corresponding image. I hope we have enough stories to avoid duplication; otherwise, we will just "print" two stories within the same "chapter" with the image at the header. I'd rather avoid that so each author gets an individualized section.
  4. The definition of a short story will be loose here. I am going to give a 2k-5k range. We will be super relaxed here. BUT. Big BUT. Stories MUST be tight! Don't freak out. We are going to help each other here. This will be an anthology everyone will enjoy. There will be something for every reader.
  5. Bio: I'm sorry... You have to write a bio. Doesn't have to be long. My preference would be that it be personal and not a resume. But dealers choice. I'm going to ask for a photo too. Even I don't like those, but people want to see your beautiful faces.
  6. I will provide a submission form on this page.

Deadline #1 will be March 31: first draft of January Short stories

I will be looking at a May 31 deadline for first drafts of February Shorts.
